Job Description

Responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions Defines requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes and best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Team coordination - forming a bridge between the client and the team of our developers and business managers
• Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems
• Work to become the reliable point of contact for customers that are required to establish a strong business relationship
• Troubleshoot with challenging situations and offer appropriate resolutions as per Company protocols
• Documentation - sharing agreements and formats with clients along with delivery schedules and other important documents
• Client feedback & analysis - managing feedback calls that are made to the client after their delivery and after any re-edits are done till the clients are satisfied with the delivery

Requirements

• Should have experience working with wordpress
• Should have experience working with html
